Эмиссия прав
Метод привлечения дополнительного капитала посредством выпуска новых акций и продажи этих акций акционерам компании по льготной цене. Название метода связано с принципом преимущественного права (pre-emption right), согласно которому новые акции следует прежде всего предлагать акционерам компании пропорционально их доли в акционерном капитале. Если акционер не хочет вкладывать дополнительные средства в компанию, он может продать свои права по рыночной цене. Ср.: Capitalization issue.
